1. About Us

Custom Christmas Crackers provides custom, handmade Christmas crackers for businesses and individuals across the UK. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Orders

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless specified.
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or written confirmation.
• Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product type.

3. Customisation & Artwork

• You are responsible for providing logos, artwork, and text in the required format.
• We will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins.
• Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges and delay delivery.

4. Delivery

• Standard production time is 2-4 weeks from proof approval.
• Express delivery is available for urgent orders at additional cost.
• We deliver across the UK. International delivery is available on request.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
• The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.
• We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and company purchase orders (subject to credit checks).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations before production begins: full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations after production begins: deposit is non-refundable.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your crackers arrive damaged or do not match the approved proof, we will replace them at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and content on this website are the property of Custom Christmas Crackers. You retain ownership of any logos or artwork you provide for customisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
